Chepstow<\/h4>\n\nThe course starts in Bulwark, and from there takes you north towards the historic town centre and castle, and over the river into Sedbury. There is some significant climb and the furthest checkpoints require some \u201cbravery\u201d and good judgment of speed in order to return within the time limit!\n

Note that the Chepstow course was one of earliest courses, and has a different scoring system from most. Checkpoints are numbered from 10 to 39, numbers 10-19 are worth 10 points, 20-29 are worth 20 points, and 30-39 are worth 30 points. The catch is that penalties for late completion are 30 points per minute or part minute!<\/p>\n\n

Parking<\/strong>is in the car park behind the Severn Bridge Social Club, NP16 5JN, which is now a Pay and Display car park <\/p>\n\n

The start and finish<\/strong> are by the bollards on the North edge of the car park which block vehicle access from the road beyond. make sure you run through them to start your route, and again back through them to stop the clock on your run.<\/p>\n\n
